By accessing or using the services provided by OV Property Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
OV Property Services LLC provides property maintenance, repair, and improvement services in the greater Puget Sound area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Pricing is provided as estimates and may vary based on the scope of work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
OV Property Services LLC warrants all completed repair work for a period of 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
OV Property Services LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
